Accepted concessions include: full time students, DVA gold, white and silver card holders, Health Care Card holders, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holders, Pensioner Concession Card holders. Please note Seniors Cards are not accepted as a concession.
^Spectator fee does not apply to members or swimming lesson parents. Non-swimming visitors to the aquatic centre are charged a small spectator fee. The fee is charged as a contribution to covering the ongoing costs of running the facility, such as maintenance, cleaning, and access to toilets.

Watch Around Water
- Watch Around Water Policies apply
- Children under 10 years must be accompanied and constantly supervised by an adult
- Children under 5 years must be accompanied in the water and remain within arms reach
- Minimum ratios apply (1 Adult : 2 Children 0-4Y, 1 Adult : 4 Children 5-9Y, 1 Adult : 1 Child 0-4Y and up to 3 Children 5-9Y)
- Unsupervised children (of any age) will be removed from the water if the lifeguard is concerned for their safety
