In order to submit a class notification request you MUST first have/create a Perfect Gym account. Create a Parent (Guest) and Child (Student) account in the Client Portal: purruna.perfectgym.com.au/ClientPortal2

We will send you an email/SMS when there is a vacancy for a class matching the below criteria.

Level

Specify a suitable time range for the class.

Starting time range

Ending Time Range

Nature of request

Existing student, preference for other day/time

Existing student, level advancement

New student, class day/time preference

Acknowledgement

Submitting this form notifies us you are interested in a class suiting the above criteria. We check these requests against the database daily and will email you any matches as they become available. It is then your responsibility to enrol/transfer into the class via student portal. Please note we do not hold spots, as such can not guarantee the spot you are notified about will still be available at the time you enrol/transfer.

Please reply to our notifications if your class preferences have changed or no longer exist. You will continue to receive our notifications on class availability unless notified otherwise.
