YMCA Tab Icons Fill Master Document Access to Programs and Services

All site, program and service conditions of use apply. As a representative of the YMCA, staff and staff immediate family are expected to know and understand conditions of use, always adhere to YMCA's code of conduct, demonstrate excellent behaviour at all times, and assist site staff when appropriate or as requested. In the rare instance where a group fitness class is full, site management may request staff forfeit their spot to accommodate members.

The onus is on the staff member to communicate any changes to their circumstances which may impact their eligibility for the Staff Access Benefit. Further, staff are responsible for providing proof of employment via the Tanda App (showing recently rostered shifts) in order to access the benefit.

Full Staff Access Benefits only apply to YMCA South Australia managed facilities and programs. Specific SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre (SAALC) inclusions include gym or swim casual admission (no group fitness), does not include free access on 'event days', and only provides the YMCA staff member (not family) with complimentary access.

Benefits/discounts will not be back-dated for any pre-existing or pre-paid admissions and programs. The Staff Access Benefits can be used as soon as the staff can demonstrate a recent/upcoming roster within the Tanda App.

Staff

Staff Access Benefits are intended for active and current staff who work on a regular basis (i.e. average more than 1 shift per week). Site/Department Managers may withdraw the Staff Access Benefits for a staff member at any time due to not meeting minimum working requirements and for any other reason provided that Staff Benefits are not unreasonably withdrawn. Seasonal or short term staff may access the benefit while they have a current roster (rostered shifts within 2 weeks).

Staff Access Benefits are available as soon as the Tanda App showing a current roster can be shown at the point of purchase/registration.

Volunteers

The Staff Access Benefit is intended for those who volunteer on a regular and on-going basis. Please discuss with your reporting manager if you wish to access the Staff Access Benefit. Site/Department Managers may withdraw the Staff Access Benefit for a volunteer at any time, due to not meeting minimum working requirements or for any other reason, provided that Staff Access Benefits are not unreasonably withdrawn.
