THE ROLE
Thebarton Aquatic Centre is seeking suitably experienced and highly motivated Customer Care Coordinator to work within our Customer Care Team. The Customer Care Coordinator will ensure all members and guests receive the highest possible level of service, fostering strong relationships promoting repeat visitation. The Customer Care Coordinator will possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a service-orientated role while applying an innovative lense of environmental sustainability in all processes delivered. The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for food preparation and service, cleaning, and compliance with all applicable food safety legislation.
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible with:
- Cash handling and POS
- Providing program information
- Membership sales and enquiries
- Assisting the Centre Manager with any training requirements and maintaining a clean and inviting environment

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates for our Customer Care Coordinator role will also have, or be willing to obtain:
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid.
- HLTAID009 Perform CPR.
Additionally, desirable attributes for successful candidates will have:
- Diploma or Certificate of Catering / Cooking or other industry relevant qualifications
- Barista Certification
