THE ROLE

St Clair Recreation Centre is seeking dedicated and highly motivated individuals to work within our YMCA Programs. We are currently seeking Birthday Party Hosts and Program Assistants to join our team.

As a Birthday Party Host, you will be committed to quality customer service, safety and the pursuits of excellence in the YMCA Birthday Party Program. The position requires an energetic and responsible person who can display excellent communication with children of all ages and abilities and maintain a basic and current knowledge of swimming.

As a Roller-Skating Program Assistant, you will contribute positively to YMCA South Australia through assisting with the scheduling and delivery of the roller-skating program and assist in achieving customer satisfaction by providing an enjoyable experience for all participants.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Successful candidates for our Birthday Party Hosts will also have, or be willing to obtain:

- (HLTAID011) Provide First Aid or equivalent

Desirable Attributes of successful candidates for our roles will have:

- Experience in customer service

- Experience in working with children and young adults in a sporting environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills
