YMCA OSHC Stable Growth

YMCA South Australia has expanded its OSHC services to 15, with the addition of three new venues over the last three months.

Recent acquisitions include Reidy Park Primary School, Tyndale Christian School and Woodville Gardens B-7 School. All are operating under three-year contracts, each with a six-year extension, increasing the span of YMCA OSHC services and facilitating work within new school communities in metropolitan and regional South Australia.

YMCA South Australia Children’s Services Manager, Komala Champion, said the continuing growth of the YMCA’s OSHC footprint across the state was testament to the high quality of both service and staff that is provided.

“We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality OSHC programs and services, which is what the YMCA is known for throughout the community,” Ms Champion said. “The number of OSHC services we operate at present is the highest on record and we are looking to grow that even further.”

“Each OSHC has its own challenges. We’re aware that each school has its own unique circumstances and community and we work hard to adapt the mix of programs and activities we offer while never compromising on our standard of care.”

YMCA is a not for profit organisation that manages 700 facilities across Australia and partners with over 15 local government authorities in South Australia.
