The YMCA of South Australia values your feedback and welcomes suggestions and complaints to help us improve our services.
You can provide feedback about any services we provide. We will respond to your feedback as soon as possible (within one working day) and keep you up to date on any actions we are taking as a result of your feedback.
Feedback can be provided in several ways:

If the YMCA of South Australia is unable to resolve your concern or complaint, then you should seek further support. You may seek support from family, a friend or an independent advocate in making a complaint. For further information see: Disability Advocacy.
A complaint can be made to the NDIS Commission by:
- Phoning: 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or TTY 133 677. Interpreters can be arranged.
